Shipping + Returns
1. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. The cost of shipping is based on the products being purchased, the address the order is going to, and the type of shipping that you choose.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 8 business days depending on the type of shipping you purchase. You will be able to select your desired shipping option at checkout.
3. Do you also keep the environment in mind when it comes to shipping?
We most definitely do! You can find a detailed explanation of our eco-friendly shipping, here.
4. Can I change my address after I have placed my order?
If you've entered the wrong address, or wish to change your shipping address for any reason, please send us an email at email@example.com with your order # and new shipping address.
Note: We will only be able to make such adjustment if your order has not yet been shipped.
1. Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. If your item(s) was damaged during shipping or there is any other issue, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do what we can to help.
2. Why don't you accept returns?
Shipping has a large impact on the environment. As an online store, this is sadly something we are contributing to. By not accepting returns, we are reducing the amount of packages being shipped back and forth and thus the impact we have on the environment.
In a time of mindless shopping, 2 day shipping, and free returns, we hope you take the time to truly consider what you are buying and whether or not our products will be the right fit for you and your home.
At the end of the day, while we appreciate each and every single order that comes our way, we never want to encourage mindless shopping or wasteful consumption.
1. My order was lost or stolen, what do I do now?
Shipping is a service that you the customer are paying USPS, UPS, etc for. Once we hand your order to them, they are responsible for making sure your package gets to you. If your package was lost or stolen in transit, you must reach out to the shipping company directly.
While only they can resolve this issue for you, you can email us at email@example.com and we will do what we can to help.
